Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancelation Policy- The cancelation policy is applicable for all users availing services using the S3 Platform, unless specifically agreed between the user and S3 to a different policy and/or waiver.

  • Ride Now/Ride Later/Plan Later- From the time you receive the vehicle and driver details till 2 Mins – No cancelation charges will apply.

  • 2 Mins after you receive the vehicle and driver details-INR50 will be charged as cancelation fee
    • The same rule will apply to all duty types i.e. Local Transfer, Local Packages, outstation one way/return.
    • Users are liable to pay the cancelation fee using any of the settlement options that will be provided on the user application.
    • Any unsettled cancelation amount will be charged prior to confirming any future booking.
  • Ride Later/Plan Later - Same will apply – 2 mins will start after Vehicle allocation

  • Ride Now/Ride Later/Plan Later- From the time you receive the vehicle and driver details till 2 Mins – No cancelation charges will apply.

  • 2 Mins after you receive the vehicle and driver details-INR50 will be charged as cancelation fee
  • If you are eligible for refunds based on the "Cancellation and Refund Policy" above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days.

  • ** S3 has the right to amend cancelation rules without prior notice.
